Manager, Inflight Service Training & Development

REPORTS TO: VP, Inflight Operations
Duties and Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
Publish Service and Cabin Safety Manager Manuals and revise as required.
Issues all service related information as required by the Department.
Design all training programs for both onlineand in-classcourses.
Build Lesson Plans for both Service and CSM Initial and Annual Trainingcourses.
Recruit all Instructors as needed.
Facilitate the train-the-trainer programs to ensure all instructors are proficient with the delivery of our training.
Coordinate all requirements for training at each base and schedule instructors accordingly.
Will liase with our sales device provider toprovide all data is updated for onboard sales.
Assist in the design of any new services offered on board and communication to crew.
Acts as key contact with Excursion provider to update crew on this service offering.
Will communicate all up dates to crew.
Follows up on all handheld computer issues with provider.
Tracks the completion of all online training programs
May be required to conduct audits on flights to ensure Department standards are met.
Works closely with In Flight Product team Prepares documentation and communicates all adhoc flight information to Cabin Crew Members
Qualifications:
Minimum two years In Flight experience
Experience with manual publication and online course development
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Previous experience developing and facilitating training programs
Excellent time management skills to meet all required deadlines Intermediate to Advanced computer skills which include MSOffice, Excel, Powerpoint,Story line and Adobe Presenter
