Explore your next role:
As a key member of the Flight Operations team, the Flight Attendant will report to the Manager, Inflight Services, and will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our various aircraft types; CRJ-200, DHC8-11/300/400. Operations consist of supporting our overseas bases throughout Africa and the Middle East on a rotational basis.
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers.
- Provide a welcoming environment for our clients and customers by delivering exceptional service, leadership and direction.
- Anticipate and respond quickly to customer needs and requirements.
- Adhere to trained procedures and policies.
- Participate in crew briefings and debriefings: obtain necessary flight information.
- Perform pre-flight checks of emergency & safety equipment, passenger cabin, lavatory, systems, documentations and catering.
- Exemplify professional image and brand awareness.
- Deliver all safety and service announcements/demonstrations.
- Prepare the cabin for take-off, landing and monitor cabin during flight.
- Report all irregularities or incidents using the applicable documentation.
- Liaise with Flight Crew and ground personnel to ensure efficient operations and on-time performance.
- Procure all cleaning supplies and commissary as required and load on aircraft for upcoming flights.
- Conduct aircraft grooming.
Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:
- Demonstrated critical decision-making abilities in emergencies and strenuous situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive, responsible, and self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work a flexible rotation schedule.
- Possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally unrestricted.
- Candidates must be eligible to work for a Canadian company, provide a clear criminal background check and show proof of Vaccination for Covid-19.

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
